Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in the TWS 8 Week Transformation Challenge. Please read the following before booking your consultation. * Your consultation does NOT guarantee a spot in the challenge. * Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. * This is a coaching-based transformation challenge. Participants are expected to follow the program, nutrition guidance, and accountability system provided by their coach. * The challenge is designed for committed individuals ready to make real lifestyle changes. * All payments, registration fees, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Missed sessions, unused weeks, or failure to follow the program will not result in refunds or credits. * Participants must complete their Fit3D scans at the required times to qualify for the challenge and cash prize. * The winner will be determined by the highest overall body transformation shown on the Fit3D scan. In case of a tie, the highest Fit3D fitness score improvement will determine the winner. * By joining the challenge, participants agree to respect coaches, members, and the positive environment at TWS. * TWS reserves the right to refuse or remove participants who are disruptive, disrespectful, or not following challenge guidelines. * Participants understand that results require consistency, effort, and adherence to the program.
