

GROUP TRAINING
At TWS, we offer small group personal weight training designed to give you the structure of personal training in a motivating group environment.
Each session focuses on a specific body part — legs, glutes, back, chest, shoulders, or arms — using structured, old-school lifting methods to build real muscle and real strength. We train with purpose, progression, and proper technique.
This is not CrossFit.
This is not Pilates.
This is not a SilverSneakers class.
This is weight training.
We lift.
We challenge the muscles.
We get stronger.

Because our groups are small, every member receives hands-on coaching, corrections, and guidance. You are not left alone guessing what to do. Every workout is planned and led to ensure safe, effective progress.
We also offer focused 30-minute cardio classes to improve conditioning, support fat loss, and enhance overall fitness.
