Cancellation Policy

At Train With A Smile (TWS), we take pride in providing a flawless tanning experience for all athletes and clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to everyone, please review and respect the following policies: 1. No Refunds — No Exceptions All spray tan payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, there will be no reimbursement under any circumstance, including missed appointments, dissatisfaction with shade preference, or schedule changes. 2. Be On Time Please arrive on time for your scheduled tan. If you are late, an additional fee may apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or forfeited depending on availability. 3. Preparation Is Key Clients are expected to arrive fully prepped — exfoliated, clean, and free of deodorant, lotion, or oils. Failure to follow prep instructions can affect your results and will not qualify for any refund or retouch. 4. Respect the Schedule Tanning times are carefully planned around athlete check-ins, show schedules, and other clients. Please respect your assigned slot to ensure everyone gets the best possible service. 5. No Exceptions All policies apply to every client equally — no exceptions.
