To perform the Superman exercise:


1. Lie face down on a mat or flat surface.

2. Extend your arms straight in front of you.

3. Lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground simultaneously, engaging your lower back and glutes.

4. Hold the lifted position briefly, focusing on squeezing your back muscles.

5. Lower your arms and legs back to the starting position.

6. Repeat for a desired number of repetitions.


Ensure controlled movements and maintain proper form throughout.
